Payment Options

saudi part offers all saudi part members payment options.

Pay for your vehicle purchase, shipping, fees or any other payments you need to do.

Here are the options:

• Make fund transfers.  
• Directly deposit to saudi part bank accounts in your current location.

Important payment information:

• The payment deadline is 3 business days, including day of sale (funds must be received on saudi part account within the 3-day period).
• All funds should be credited in saudi part Bank account before 5.00 pm, except Friday in the KSA cut off time until 12:00 pm. 
• Email the payment details to [email protected] along with the IBAN transfer, member  and lot number  before cut off time.

Payment by International Bank transfer (fund transfer) (IBAN)

We can accept bank transfer payments. Please ensure your member number is used as the beneficiary reference for payment. Please email the payment details to 

  [email protected] along with the IBAN transfer proof. Please mention your buyer number and lot/ invoice number in the email.

The payment deadline is 3 business days, including day of sale (funds must be received on saudi part account within the 3-day period).

The most reliable payment method for international buyers is wire transfer. As international wire transfer may take several days, international buyers may send funds prior to winning an auction so the credit is available to use right away.  

Payment by Direct Deposits/ Local Bank Transfers

Direct deposits can also be paid into saudi part bank accounts.

Direct deposit which has been credited in saudi part Bank account before 5.00 pm will be considered as payment done same day and will be applied same day. Any deposit after 5.00 pm will be applied in next day, if any, additional fees and penalties has occurred on the next day, need to be settled by the member.

Please ensure your member number is provided as the beneficiary reference. Please email the payment details to  [email protected] along with the IBAN transfer proof. Please mention your buyer number and lot/ invoice number in the email.

Payment by Cheque (Local Currency Only)

Please ensure you write your member number and lot numbers on the reverse of the cheque* to avoid any delay in processing your payment. All returned cheques due to insufficient funds will be charged an administration fee. (100 SAR).

If you are providing us with a security deposit in mode of cheque, you need to send us a copy of your recent one month bank statement.

Note: the security deposit cheque needs to be undated.

*Cheques should be drawn in favor

Payments will only be allocated once funds are cleared in saudi part account.

Online Payment

We are now able to accept online payments for vehicles won in our saudi part Middle East online auctions. Opt for the online payment method as it is convenient, highly secure and offers greater visibility of payment status.

Please note that the payments will be updated in our system within one working day.

Note: all payment status can be checked through saudi part membership account.

We do not accept cash payments at any of saudi part Middle East yards.
