Program Terms and Conditions

The saudi part MPP is offered on purchases of any item listed on www.saudi-part.com. Under the MPP, Copart pledges that for vehicles that are purchased for less than SAR 75,000:

  1. The year, make, and model are correct as listed in saudi part vehicle description
  2. The vehicle images represent the general appearance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the time of receipt of the vehicle by saudi part
  3. The odometer reading for vehicles is accurate, where provided
  4. Valid legal ownership will be passed to you
  5. The ownership documents you receive will match the Title /Type description listed on www.saudi-part.com
  6. If you pay saudi part you are guaranteed to receive the vehicle
  7. You will be able to pay for and retrieve any vehicle purchased by you during  saudi part regular business hours up to a half hour prior to close
  8. The vehicle’s running condition has been accurately classified according to criteria for those programs as at the date of receipt of the vehicle

In the event any of the conditions above are not met, saudi part  will refund the purchase price and all buyer fees, subject to the limitations below.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the MPP program is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

  1. Using your saudi part Member account only, you have successfully completed the purchase of a vehicle on www.saudi-part.com
  2. Your member account with saudi part is in good standing (i.e. not suspended or terminated) at the time the claim is filed
  3. You filed your claim in a timely manner (see claim deadline below)
  4. The vehicle final sale price at the saudi part auction was under SAR 75,000
  5. You have not filed a MPP reimbursement request in the last 6 months
  6. The vehicle was purchased from a saudi part facility located in the KSA.

Limitations

The following are some examples of situations are that NOT protected by the MPP:

  1. Damage occurring after you, your agent, representative, shipping company or transporter removes the vehicle from a saudi part facility, or damage occurring after saudi part or a shipping company (even if hired through saudi part website) delivers a vehicle to you
  2. Cosmetic damage, such as paint or external surface rust
  3. Damage that would not be visible in a digital image of a vehicle
  4. Damage that cannot be verified by saudi part
  5. Sending a non-refundable deposit for a vehicle and not receiving the vehicle, or a refund, because you chose to not complete the transaction or pay the remaining balance for any reason
  6. Punitive claims, lost profits, loss of work, or restocking costs
  7. Buyer`s remorse
  8. Any damage or listing discrepancies that were disclosed to you prior to acceptance of the vehicle
  9. Any damage that could have been discovered upon a reasonable inspection if you or your agent, paid for and picked up the vehicle in person
  10. Any damage that does not impact the safety or operability of the vehicle
  11. Repairs or alterations made by you to the vehicle without the written consent of saudi part
  12. Inspection costs, warranty fees or any other fees or expenses that are not expressly covered under these Terms and Conditions
  13. Vehicles with a final sale price of SAR 75,000 or more
  14. Vehicles that were not purchased directly from saudi part using your Member account

In no event shall saudi part liability to you under the MPP exceed the final sale price of the vehicle at the saudi part auction, plus your buyer fees, plus, in the event you retained saudi part to transport the vehicle to you, the amount you paid saudi part to transport your vehicle. saudi part is not responsible for any outside services transport fees incurred by buyer.

Claims

You must submit your claim within the time frames set forth below. A vehicle will be deemed to have been “delivered” to you when either:

  1. you, your agent, employee, or your transportation company removes the vehicle from saudi part premises, or
  2. at the time the vehicle is delivered to you, only if your vehicle is delivered to you by saudi part.

Claim submission deadlines

  1. The year, make, and model are not correct as listed in saudi vehicle description. One business day after taking possession.
  2. The vehicle images do not represent the appearance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the time of purchase. One business day after delivery, if delivered by saudi part, or before removal from saudi part yard if collected by you or anyone else.
  3. The odometer reading, where stated by saudi part, for vehicles not accurate. One business day after delivery, if delivered by saudi part, or before removal from saudi part yard if collected by you or anyone else.
  4. . If the vehicle’s running condition has not been accurately classified according to criteria for those programs. At the time of receiving at your destination, if delivered by saudi part, or before removal from saudi part yard.
  5. If you pay saudi part, but you did not receive the vehicle.

14 days after auction sale date. Off-site sales 30 days after auction.

Any claims made under the MPP should be directed to the Operations Manager of the saudi part facility where the vehicle was located at the time it was auctioned by saudi part. Any action taken by you during the investigation, without the Operations Manager’s consent, that impairs saudi part ability or rights to mitigate any potential loss, will void your eligibility for reimbursement under the MPP. saudi part will, in its sole discretion, determine whether you are eligible to participate in the MPP, what the reimbursement might be and the final amount of any reimbursement. Any areas not covered under the MPP with regards to purchase will fall under ‘as is, where is’.

Miscellaneous

MPP is secondary to any other avenue of recovery. As such, any recoveries reimbursed or credited to you by any third party will be deducted from your request for reimbursement to determine your final payment amount under the MPP. Any settlement or funds received from the seller of the vehicle will be deducted from any amounts that saudi part may pay to you under the MPP. saudi part may terminate the MPP or modify these Terms and Conditions with or without notice to you. The terms of the MPP specified on this page, at the time that you purchased your vehicle, will apply. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to ensure you are familiar with any changes and the then-current policies. The MPP for saudi part  does not protect purchases on any other saudi part website.
